Hi, I’m Rachel Blanton.
Born and raised in England, I kick-started my career in London before moving to Texas with two suitcases and a big vision. Since then, I’ve built and led global talent teams for large consumer companies and SaaS startups, including Fossil Group, Match Group, Stitch Fix, and ShiftKey.
