Hi, I’m Rachel Blanton. Born and raised in England, I kick-started my career in London and found my passion for Recruitment & Talent Leadership.

After an amazing 10 years in the big city, I decided to pack up my life into two suitcases and relocate to Texas! Since then, I've built and led talent teams for a variety of companies, from tech startups to large, multi-million-dollar global brands:

Fossil Group, Match Group, Stitch Fix, and ShiftKey.

Along the way, I've not only hired a ton of amazing people across many corporate and tech functions, I've also brought together the best of tech, process efficiencies and the human touch in hiring. That means putting in place tools and systems that make things smoother and cost-effective, and deliver everyone a great experience.
